Hello Race Fans. We need volunteers for our 2016 Operations Team. Become a part of making a difference, and join us at Willow Springs this season. The following positions are open for consideration and include a fuel stipend.
RACE DIRECTOR- Reports to Director of Competition
OPERATIONS – 2 people (assist Pit Boss)
SCORING – 4 people. (We can train).
OUTSIDE SPONSORSHIP REPS. – Paid Commission
FAN GATE – 1 person
PIT GATE – 3 people
OFFICIALS – 2 people (double exit gate)
TAIL GATING – 2 people
TECH – 1 person
FAN CLUB – 2 people
VIDEOGRAPHER – 1 person
PR – Public Relations, write press releases, etc.
RAFFLE COORDINATOR – 1 person
TROPHY GIRLS –
ENTERTAINERS – (1 or 2 people) Between races Crowd and Kids games, dance contests, fan contests (pit crew compeition, etc.), T shirt shooting, etc.
